How ArcticAnchor™'s TitanCore Material Reduces Installation Time

July 23, 20264 min read

TitanCore was designed to solve a problem roofers know well: heavy, hard-to-handle snow retention hardware. Here is how the material changes the job.

Traditional snow retention hardware is usually metal, all of it, which means every bracket, rail, and clamp adds weight that has to be carried up a ladder, positioned on a slope, and held in place while it is fastened. TitanCore was developed to remove that friction from the install.

Lightweight Without Giving Up Strength

TitanCore is an engineered polymer used across ArcticAnchor™ systems in place of solid metal components where appropriate. It is designed to deliver the strength snow retention requires while reducing the overall weight of the system, which makes individual components easier to carry, position, and hold in place during installation.

Corrosion Resistance That Does Not Wear Off

Because color and material performance are integrated throughout TitanCore rather than applied as a surface coating, there is no bare metal surface left exposed to rust once a component is scratched or worn during handling and installation.

TitanCore is evaluated through in-house development testing and independent third-party testing to verify performance under cold temperatures and long-term UV exposure. Full details are available on the TitanCore material page.
