Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of arcticanchors.com and the ArcticAnchor™ Members portal (together, the "Site"), operated by ArcticAnchor™ ("ArcticAnchor™," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including the ArcticAnchor™ Members portal or admin systems, and not to submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site, including membership applications.

Product Information, Testing, and Performance

Product descriptions, specifications, and any testing data referenced on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. Testing results are recorded under controlled conditions using the methods referenced by the applicable test standard, and describe the performance of individual components, not the capacity of a complete, installed roof system. Compatible profiles listed for a given product describe profiles we have evaluated at the time of publication and may not reflect every profile variation in the field. A project-specific review may be required before a product is specified or installed on a given roof.

ArcticAnchor™ products are not fall-protection anchors and must not be used as personal tie-off points.

Store Orders and Pricing

Pricing and inventory shown in the ArcticAnchor™ store are subject to change without notice and, where noted, are preliminary. An order is not accepted by ArcticAnchor™ until we confirm it; placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guarantee of sale. Payment is processed by Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

ArcticAnchor™ Members

Access to ArcticAnchor™ Members is by application and is granted at ArcticAnchor™'s sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed, and we may decline an application, request additional information, or revoke an existing member's access at any time, including for providing false information, misuse of member resources, or violation of these terms. Content and resources made available through the Members portal are for the use of the approved member and their business only, and may not be redistributed without our permission.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the ArcticAnchor™ name and the "Strong as Steel, Light as Air, Color That Lasts" slogan, are the property of ArcticAnchor™ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use ArcticAnchor™'s trademarks or content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to reference our products in the ordinary course of specifying, selling, or installing them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcticAnchor™ disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, regarding the Site and any information on it. Any product warranty is governed separately by the specific warranty terms provided with that product, not by this Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcticAnchor™ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
