Exposed Fastener Advantages

Why Roofers Choose This System

  1. Waterproofing Built In

Each stand comes with a 2.5mm butyl strip bonded to the base. Under fastening load, it compresses to seal the entire contact area against water entry.

  2. Built-In Ice Stoppers

The stand geometry includes an integrated ice stop, so every bracket helps catch and break up sliding snow and ice without adding a separate component.

  3. 7x Lighter than Steel

The entire system is built from TitanCore, ArcticAnchor™'s engineered polymer, making it roughly 7 times lighter than comparable steel hardware for easier handling and faster installs.

  4. Full System Color Matching

Every stand, cap, and bracket in the system can be color matched to your panel, so the finished install blends into the roof instead of standing out.

Compatibility

Compatible Exposed Fastener Profiles

ArcticAnchor™ exposed fastener stands are designed to fit a range of common screw-down panel profiles. Exact fit depends on rib spacing and panel manufacturer.

Single rail brackets clear ribs up to 1-1/4 in. Double rail brackets clear ribs up to 2 in.

A full compatible-profile list is in development. Contact our technical support team to confirm fit for your specific panel before ordering, or submit a panel through our free panel testing program.

Project-specific review may be required. ArcticAnchor™ products are not fall-protection anchors and must not be used as personal tie-off points.
