TitanCore™
The Engineered Material Behind Every ArcticAnchor™ System
TitanCore is the engineered polymer used across ArcticAnchor™ systems, designed to deliver strength while reducing weight, corrosion risk, and handling challenges on the roof.
Material properties
What TitanCore Is Designed to Do
TitanCore is developed to hold up to the conditions snow retention hardware actually faces: cold temperatures, UV exposure, and years on an exposed roof surface.
- Lightweight
TitanCore is designed to be easier to handle and install on the roof than traditional metal snow retention hardware.
- Corrosion Resistant
As a polymer material, TitanCore does not rust, which is intended to reduce long-term maintenance concerns on exposed roof hardware.
- Color Integrated
Color runs through the TitanCore material itself rather than a surface coating, which is intended to help color hold up over time.
- UV Stabilized
TitanCore is formulated for long-term outdoor exposure, including UV and color stability testing described on our testing page.
Flex Strength
Engineered to Flex, Not Fail
TitanCore is designed to flex under heavy loads and return to its original shape once pressure is released, rather than deforming or cracking the way more rigid materials can.

Recorded under controlled bend testing conditions. Component-level testing results are not a substitute for project-specific engineering review.
